This Privacy Policy explains how crewFuse handles data. crewFuse is designed as a local-first utility tool to help users manage small business jobs, payments, site pictures, addresses, and calculations.

1. Data Collection & Usage

All data entered into crewFuse—including job addresses, payment calculation figures, client names, and uploaded job site pictures—is stored locally on your device. We do not host, store, or transmit your business data to external servers. If you tap a phone number, email address, or address in the app, it is handed to the phone, email, or maps app you use (such as Google Maps), which handles it under its own privacy policy.

2. Media and Device Permissions

To provide its core utility, the app requires access to your device's camera and photo gallery (to attach pictures to specific jobs) and local file storage. These assets stay on your device. crewFuse never uploads them itself, but if your phone's own backup is turned on (Google backup on Android, or iCloud or computer backups on iPhone), that backup may include crewFuse data under Google's or Apple's terms.

3. Third-Party Services

crewFuse does not share, sell, or distribute any user data to third-party advertising networks or analytics providers.

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the effective date at the top of this page.
